It's a nice basic hotel with extremely pleasant and well-appointed rooms. The staff are extremely helpful and very amiable and deserve a 4-star rating.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was highly impressed with my experience. The location of this place was absolutely fabulous, as it provided easy access to a variety of dining options and shopping areas. The hotel is conveniently situated near the SOGO shopping center, which is a popular meeting place for locals. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the Fashion Walk, WTC, the Michelin-starred Din Tai Fung, and the Causeway Bay Station. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and indulge in some retail therapy.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My mother and I stayed there over the Chinese New Year and had a wonderful time. The location was great, with a nice view of the yacht club and close to central. I would recommend this hotel.

Once again my stay at the Excelsior was excellent .

The location was great for walking around Causeway Bay. It also was to the convention centre. The units were new-fashioned and the staff were fairly friendly and amiable people from Manager to event usher and concierge.

Magnificent location in a very nice area, close to the island with excellent transport connections. Good shopping options nearby, as well as major shopping centers, the MTR, and plenty of restaurants.- Convenient proximity to the airport.- Adequate breakfast with a variety of refreshments and eggs.- Nearby Wildfire Pizzabar is a great place to relax and unwind.

I loved the hotel's location. It was central to Causeway Bay area, close to MTR in bustling Causeway Bay, and in the center of Causeway Bay. Plus, it was within walking distance of excellent shopping centers. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not one thing was a letdown.

Staffs were very helpful and nice. Room blanket is good as keep us warm.

There is odor in the room. Excutive floor rooms are too small. Rooms are not very clean.

The breakfast served in the restaurant was fabulous and the central location to the local nightlife was convenient, making everything during our trip here modern, and we would happily return.

The breakfast offered at the Excelsior was sumptuous and large with a wide variety of high-quality food. the location of the hotel is great, being close to a large park. - the area surrounding the hotel is lively, with entertainment options, a seafront, harbor, and convenient access to Tram Stops.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, well-equipped gym, close to restaurants and shopping. 😊

The friendliness of the staff was above and beyond what I expected.

I have no complains with the hotel other than it's price tag - however, it was also on a holiday season that I stayed there. Thus the higher cost for a room.

Have stayed at the Excelsior years agoa and chose due to location. Its still as good, Bar on 34th superb and staff are excellent at looking after you, especially concierge...
